For the purposes of the provisions of the Organic Law 15/1999, of December 13, on the Protection of Personal Data, BabyTec, S.L. informs the User of the existence of an automated file of personal data created by and for BabyTec, S.L. and under their responsibility, with the purpose of carrying out the maintenance and management of the relationship with the User, as well as the work of information. At the time of acceptance of these general conditions, BabyTec, S.L. will require the User to collect essential data for the provision of their services.

 

Registration of files and forms

 

The completion of the registration form is mandatory to access and enjoy certain services offered on the web. Failure to provide the requested personal data or failure to accept this data protection policy means that it is impossible to subscribe, register or participate in any of the promotions in which personal data are requested.

In accordance with the provisions of Organic Law 15/1999, of December 13, on the Protection of Personal Data, we inform you that the personal data obtained as a result of sending the contact form will be incorporated into a file owned by of BabyTec, SL with C.I.F. Exonerates BabyTec, S.L. of responsibility for any loss or damage that the User may suffer as a result of errors, defects or omissions, in the information provided by BabyTec, S.L. provided that it comes from sources other than BabyTec, S.L.

Your personal data is collected through the contact form, the registration form, entering contests, asking for a catalogue or request an appointment.

The aims and purposes of BabyTec, S.L. are the maintenance and management of the relationship with the User, as well as the informing them.

In the event that some of our services are directed specifically to minors, BabyTec, S.L. will request the consent of parents or guardians for the collection of personal data or, where appropriate, for the automated processing of data.

 

Transfer of data to third parties

 

BabyTec, S.L. will not transfer data from users to third parties.

 

Exercise of rights of access, rectification, cancellation and opposition

BabyTec, S.L. has adopted the security levels of protection of Personal Data legally required, and seeks to install those other means and additional technical measures available to prevent the loss, misuse, alteration, unauthorized access and theft of Personal Data provided to BabyTec, SL BabyTec, S.L. will not be liable for any damages or losses that may arise from interferences, omissions, interruptions, computer viruses, telephone breakdowns or disconnections in the operational functioning of this electronic system, motivated by reasons beyond BabyTec, S.L .; of delays or blockages in the use of this electronic system caused by deficiencies or overloads of telephone lines or overloads in the Data Processing Center, in the Internet system or in other electronic systems, as well as of damages that may be caused by third parties people through illegitimate interference beyond the control of BabyTec, SL. Nevertheless, the User must be aware that security measures on the Internet are not impregnable.
